I help women and men build strength and confidence through Hardstyle kettlebell technique. Whether you're just starting your strength training journey for overall health or you're on a mission to transform into the strongest, leanest, most confident version of yourself, I’ve got you covered. I don’t believe in shortcuts. The true path to lasting results is through commitment, consistency, and doing things the right way. That's why I’m a stickler for training methods that are aligned with your specific goals, pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone, and giving yourself grace when you need it. To me, fierce means showing up as your most authentic self, with unwavering confidence. And that confidence begins with overcoming the obstacles of strength training with kettlebells. It’s not just about lifting weights—it’s about shifting your mindset and embracing your strength, both physically and mentally. When you start to find your fierce, you begin to believe you’re limitless, capable of achieving anything you set your mind to. And that’s the heart of all my programs: helping you discover that part of yourself. Some of my offerings go deep into technique and mastery, others are more about getting you on the right track—but at the core of every program, you will receive expert guidance on using your kettlebells safely while seeing real, measurable progress.

Which Offer is Right for Me?

Let me help you figure out where you should be to see progress

For the beginner who knows they want to use kettlebells, is looking to get stronger, train consistently, and wants a budget-friendly option:

  • Start with Foundations: This program will help you get the basics down, ensuring your form is solid so you can progress safely and effectively.
  • Next, move into Rebel Bells: Once you’re comfortable with the fundamentals, Rebel Bells will push your strength, helping you build that routine and stay consistent.
  • Optional Add-Ons: If you feel you need more personalized attention along the way, you can opt for a FormFeedback or Drop In for a Private Training session for feedback and extra support.

For the beginner looking for TRANSFORMATION:

  • Optional Unstoppable Challenge: Start with the Unstoppable challenge to understand what needs to happen for your transformation, while making sure you connect with my approach and vibe.
  • Optional Foundations: If you want to start training without the pressure of committing to 4-5x a week which is required in Swing to Snatch, this is a great way to build the habit of kettlebell training on your own.
  • Optional Move into Rebel Bells or Private Training: While waiting for the next round of Swing to Snatch (offered 1-2 times a year), you can continue progressing with Rebel Bells or Private Training to stay on track.
  • Swing to Snatch (offered 1-2 times a year): Once it's available, dive into this more advanced program to continue your transformation. You are required to train 4-5x a week. This is where you will begin working with a Registered Dietician.
  • Continue with Black & Gold or Private Training: After completing Swing to Snatch, you can keep progressing with Black & Gold or opt for more personalized attention with Private Training.

For the person who wants to make sure they really understand kettlebell technique/form—so they can confidently swing, do things like Turkish get-ups, and snatch—the focus is more about consistency and building strength (not necessarily being the baddest kettlebell queen/king in the room):
  • Optional, Foundations: Start with Foundations to build a strength training practice so that when you join Swing to Snatch you don’t feel unable to train 4-5x a week for the 13 weeks.
  • Swing to Snatch: Swing to Snatch will develop or rewire your technique. I’d recommend this over private training if you can commit to the timeline and intensity of the program.
  • Move into Rebel Bells, Black & Gold, or Private Training: After Swing to Snatch, you can continue your journey with Rebel Bells for ongoing strength training, Black & Gold for a higher-level challenge, or Private Training for personalized coaching.

For the person who is confident with their kettlebell technique and wants to get stronger:
  • Join Rebel Bells for consistent training and progressive strength work.
  • Jump into Black & Gold if you meet the pre-reqs and are ready for a serious challenge.
    • Work toward Black & Gold if you don’t yet meet the pre-reqs but want to get there. You may need to complete Swing to Snatch, drop in for some Private Training sessions, or get Form Feedback to ensure you're prepared.

For the person with a unique physical/mental condition who is unsure if they can join a group program:
  • Start with Private Training: We’ll begin with personalized one-on-one sessions to work through any physical conditions or concerns and ensure you’re training safely.
  • Transition into Group Training if that’s the goal: As you progress and gain confidence, if the goal is to eventually transition into group programs like Rebel Bells, Swing to Snatch or even Black & Gold, I’ll help you get there.

For the person who wants a private experience customized to their goals:

  • You could start solo with Foundations or jump into Private Training. If you wanted to, you could also begin the journey with Elevate and we can begin working together in Arizona before continuing virtually on ZOOM.
