Semi Private Training is where you have a personalized program and are sharing the hour with up to two other athletes who are each following their own personalized programs. In addition to your live time you get weekly programming, form feedback, and full access to Colleen. Current time offerings are the following: Mondays 6pm / Wednesday 2pm + 7:30pm / Thursday 8:30am, all is listed in Eastern Time.

A: No. You use them or you lose them.
A: If you cancel within 24 hours, that session will be considered used. To cancel, you must go to your session confirmation email that you receive after booking and cancel on your end.
A: Booking for the upcoming week opens on Fridays at 12pm Eastern/9am Pacific.
A: For the $50 fee, yes.
A: $450 for 4 sessions per month in addtion to form feedback on up to 5 videos, weekly program updates, and full access to Colleen.
Q: Billing is recurring every month. Payment for the upcoming month in due no later than the 15th of the prior month. Example, If I want to sign up for February Semi Private, my payment is due on January 15th.
A: Time slots are added and/or taken away based on how many people are enrolled at a time. If you are interested in a time that's currently not being offered, please fill out this survey.
A: This offer is only open to Graduates of Swing to Snatch: A 13 Week Kettlebell Intensive, and athletes who have spent time training privately with Colleen for a minimum of 3 months. If you are kettlebell certified with SFG or RKC, you are welcome to send an email to [email protected] to see if this could be a good fit for you.
