DIY + Custom 

  • DIY programs refers to me giving you a training spreadsheet that you are following at your own pace, and on your own time. There are different programs for different levels which are listed below.
  • Custom programming is where we discuss via email your goals and current abilities and I will build out a 6-12 week program to help get you there. Once the program is built you complete it on your own at your own pace. Custom program cost ranges, $12.50 per workout. Sixteen workouts: $200, thirty two workouts: $400, sixty four workouts: $800.
