Kettlebell Strong
Level: Advance Beginner. This was initially created for the graduates of Swing to Snatch: A 13 Week Kettlebell Intensive. You should already be able to perform all the exercise listed below with at least your testing size kettlebell if not something 8kg heavier.
Workout Duration: 50-75 minutes
This 12 week program is for the kettlebell athlete who already has a strong foundation in the basic hardstyle exercises: swing, clean, TGU, squat, deadlift, and snatch. This progressive kettlebell program is designed to help you continue to decrease body fat, build muscle, and become an even stronger version of yourself! 3 Workouts per week, to be done at your own pace. By the end you will have built up enough strength and endurance to complete a snatch test, (100 snatches in 5 minutes with your testing size bell). Once you have completed the 12 weeks, you can continue to replicate it by increasing the weights. This truly is the program that keeps on giving!
