✔️ Live Kettlebell Classes 3x/Week
Train with me on Zoom every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning (8am EST). These workouts follow a structured, progressive strength training program you can scale based on your level.

✔️ Replays if You Can’t Make It Live
Can’t join live? No problem. Recordings are available within 24 hours.

✔️ 12-Week Training Blocks
We follow a progressive plan that’s updated every 12 weeks to ensure continued progress and strength gains.

✔️ Support from Me & the Team
Get coaching cues during live classes and access additional support and resources inside our private Discord community.

✔️ Access to Our Resource Library
Video tutorials, training breakdowns, and bonus materials to help you train smarter and stay consistent on Kajabi.

Rebel Bells is a recurring monthly membership, billed every 4 weeks for $150.

✨ Please note: There are no refunds, including your first payment.
✨ However, you may cancel your membership at any time—no questions asked. Your access remains active through your current billing period.

This flexibility allows you to try it out without pressure, while respecting the value of the coaching, programming, and community provided from day one.
