Strong + Lean: This total body program has a strength + hypertrophy component. Sessions start out with 3 heavy attempts at a big lift, and followed up with volume work living within a hypertrophy focus within the same muscle group. At the end of each sessions there’s an option to brush up on skills like swings, snatches, and TGUs. Workouts are roughly 60-75mins. Exercises within the program are: Deadlifts, Squats, Bent Over Rows, Pull-Ups, Chest Press, Push-Ups, Cleans, Swings, Snatches, TGUs.
