Stay Golden: This total body program is a hybrid of strength + hypertrophy. This is great if you are training less frequently to hit all your major muscle groups. You have 3 workouts you’re cycling through. A push/squat, a pull/hinge, then a core focused day. Every session ends with a swing EMOM. Workouts last 45-60mins. Exercises within the program: Deadlifts, Squats, Chest Press, Bent Over Rows, Windmills, Swings, Single Leg Deadlifts, Split Squats, Holds.
