This is a progressive strength training program that will ONLY take 30minutes or less! You will receive 30 sessions total to becoming a stronger version of yourself! Your movement prep + warm-up routine are included within those 30 minutes. The program is broken down into 5 sessions focusing on the following exercises: Deadlifts, Swings, Squats, Turkish Get Ups, Bent Over Rows and Push-ups. You will repeat each of the 5 sessions 6x. Every time you repeat the same program there will be one to a few variables that will change to make the session more challenging for you to ensure you are progressing!
